I had to come in for an emergency appointment because of pericoronitis, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Kala and Amy, the dental assistants, were absolutely amazing. They were so sweet, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Ty at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the check-in process easy and stress free. Dr. Miller was fantastic he took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care. I’m so grateful for the entire team and highly recommend this office to anyone needing emergency dental care. Thank you all for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Absolutely amazing experience!! I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist, however since I had a childhood filling fall out last night, I had no choice but to find an emergency dentist. I drove an hour to get here because they were the only place I could find to get me in today. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk to the ladies that did my X-rays (Amy and I can't remember the other lady's name) to the doctor were so kind and did awesome keeping my anxiety at a bare minimum! He filled my tooth and I had ZERO pain! I am 50 years old and never in my life have I had a dental experience like this one! Definitely worth the 2 hours of drive time! I have already texted 3 friends looking for a dentist! Thank you so much to everyone working today! You are all such a wonderful blessing!

To limit infection during a major surgery, I was in need of a Tooth extraction. Everyone wanted to do a consult and future appointment, but that would risk delaying my mastectomy. I called Emergency Dental and they made a same day appointment. After X-rays and an exam, Dr. Faisal was able to extract the tooth that very day. I was beyond happy to get it done and have a month to heal. I was met upon entry by Adria. She was professional and welcoming. She helped me with my paperwork and kept me updated during my wait. She really is delightful and creates a great first impression. Alexa and a new trainee assisted the doc and kept me comfortable and calm. I am 4 hours post extraction and feeling good. I cannot express how happy I am that I decided to use Emergency Dental of Cincinnati. I only wish they could do my implant!

The staff here is beyond amazing. I had a previous horrible experience with the dentist and it made me afraid to go for years. After a emergency the staff helped me and made me feel confident that everything would be ok if they treated me. I've had about three sessions here and I am never nervous walking in knowing I'm in great hands. In addition they're also miracle workers as they've made great progress. I still have a long way to go, but I know I am in very confident hands and in the right place where I need to be. Highly Highly recommend this place. The before and after pictures alone show how strong of a team these doctors are.

This is a great place. From the scheduling, the dental assistants, and Dr Shah. I came the day before and had issues with payments and they definitely helped me get what I needed done so that I could get the teeth extracted today. I was in excruciating pain and they showed me compassion and helped me be able to get my teeth removed quickly and very professionally. Dr Shah and his team are very supportive and nice. I had a great experience. Will definitely be back!
